• Efficiently and effectively managing our Care Services, optimizing resource utilization and delivering value for the purchaser/Service User.
• Actively involving service users and carers in the provision, management, and development of our services, with regular monitoring as part of our quality assurance framework, all aimed at running the service in the best interests of our service users.
• Providing accommodation and care for individuals living in supported living, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
